Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using EZClaw, the managed OpenClaw cloud hosting service operated at ezclaw.cloud. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EZClaw provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source personal AI assistant. The service allows you to deploy and run an OpenClaw instance connected to a messaging platform of your choice (currently Telegram) without managing servers, software, or infrastructure yourself.
EZClaw is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenClaw open-source project. OpenClaw is a third-party open-source project licensed separately from EZClaw.
You must be at least 16 years old to use EZClaw. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. If you are using EZClaw on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at ezclaw@1nano.tech if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent Testflight limits or other service restrictions.
EZClaw offers a free daily Testflight with a limited number of seats (currently 10) per day. Testflight deployments are temporary and will be automatically terminated after 24 hours. Each user may claim one Testflight seat per day. Abuse of the Testflight program — including using multiple accounts to claim additional seats — may result in account termination.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Billing is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
Paid plans include a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. Usage beyond the included credits will incur additional charges at the rates applicable to your chosen AI provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. EZClaw does not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use EZClaw to:
EZClaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
You retain ownership of any content or data you provide to your OpenClaw instance (including conversations, files, and configurations). By using EZClaw, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that data solely to the extent necessary to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content processed through your AI assistant. EZClaw does not review conversation content and is not responsible for the outputs generated by AI models in response to your inputs.
EZClaw connects your OpenClaw instance to the AI model provider you select (OpenAI, Google, Z.AI, or others as made available). Your use of those AI models is also governed by the terms and usage policies of those providers:
EZClaw is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party AI models. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
EZClaw aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control (including outages at Fly.io, Neon, or Clerk).
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. No service credits or refunds are provided for downtime unless otherwise stated in a separate service level agreement.
The EZClaw name, logo, website design, and proprietary software are owned by EZClaw and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the EZClaw service without our written permission.
OpenClaw is an independent open-source project. EZClaw's hosting service does not grant you any additional rights to the OpenClaw software beyond those provided by its open-source license.
EZClaw is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZClaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to EZClaw in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZClaw and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us at ezclaw@1nano.tech.
EZClaw may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would expose EZClaw or third parties to legal or reputational harm. Upon termination, your OpenClaw cloud instances will be destroyed and your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of EZClaw after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EZClaw shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the territory where EZClaw operates.
